​Preparing for Your Visit:

I invite you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to settle into the space. Please enjoy a complimentary cup of our house herbal tea while you complete any necessary intake forms. Our full menu of signature Boba teas, specialty coffees, and healthy snacks is also available for purchase to enjoy before or after your session.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
 

​24-Hour Notice: To respect the time of both therapist and client, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

​Late Arrivals: To ensure every client receives their full dedicated time, late arrivals will still end at the scheduled time.

​Professionalism: All sessions are strictly therapeutic and professional. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session at full cost.

​Coaching & Results: As part of my "Coaching vs. Doing" philosophy, we will often discuss movement and lifestyle adjustments to help you maintain your results at home.
